Sonic code

The design of this brand speaks about sonic code attempts to break barriers with experimental sounds and engaging melodies. The brand is local to Newcastle, consisting of four members. They create intriguing compositions that involve unique textures. Corey did mention the font and the kinetic type he used, as well as the other tools he used, and his inspirations and how he was feeling during the concept and creation of the design.

THE BRAND

The band is a local to Newcastle, consisting of four members. They create intriguing compositions that involve unique textures. Sonic code aims to disrupt, detail, and destroy. Branding attempts to alter common media objects (e.g. TV) and make them look distinctive. There was a specific design inspiration that Corey had before going into this concept, it was more of an experimental experience of seeing what worked and what didn’t. Corey thinks the viewers after seeing his work will be intrigued at the very least. “My thoughts process was to make something that looked different but also had congruent theme “.


TYPOGRAPHY

Corey used a fragmentation type in his brand design because he believed it fit his experimental tone of voice. And he used the knife tool in illustrator to get the effect Corey actually used the knife tool and filter gallery loads since this design because it allows him to continue this design style that he developed.

THE DESIGN / INSPIRATION

There was a specific design inspiration that Corey had before going into this concept; it was more of an experimental experience of seeing what worked and what didn't. Corey thinks that viewers, after seeing his work, will be intrigued at the very least. 'My thought process was to make something that looked different but also had a congruent theme,' Corey said.

Corey believes that his work accurately represents his personal style and vision as a designer “I wanted to be as true to my own personal style while doing this design concept. I almost made it as if it was my own band “. And his project meant a lot to him because he loves music and majoring in song production as well as graphic design.



Corey represents his brand in incredibly clever way also he was true when he was designing of the brand, he used his own way of designing like he designs his own band, and he was enjoying while he creates the concept for the brand because he very into music and majoring songs production as well as graphic design. He explained what he used tools in his design also Corey shared his inspiration that he holds before going and creating the concept and how he wants to viewers to feel when they look at his brand. Corey represents everything in a particularly good and smart way and shows the beauty of his design.
